Girls Night Out:  Private Groups

Interested in scheduling a night at the farm for you and your friends?  Please browse the options below, but know that we can create a custom event to fit your needs.  Minimum of 10-15 participants, depending on event type.  Contact me directly and we can work out all of the details for your gathering!

 We are always delighted to share joy through flowers, so gather your girlfriends for a beautiful and joyful evening away from it all!

Choose from the following options: 

1.  Private group yoga in the flower fields-  Just your group of friends for time together to relax, reflect and renew. Registration includes 1 hour gentle yoga instruction and a beautiful arrangement of locally farmed flowers to take home after the class. 3 hours additional time for your private gathering around the fire, bonfire built for you with plenty of extra wood to keep the fire burning.  Feel free to bring your own beverages and snacks you would like for your group.  $40 per person ; 15 person minimum. (Additional amenities available upon request… such as our gourmet s’mores bar add-on or large party tent for additional protection)

2.  An evening of floral design & wine!  Just your group of friends gathered together to laugh over flowers and wine. You bring the wine and we will provide the blooms! Registration includes vase/vessel for arranging flowers as well as all of the blooms and tools needed for your design.  1 hour design instruction and 3 hours additional time for your private gathering around the fire, bonfire built for you with plenty of extra wood to keep the fire burning.  Feel free to bring your own beverages and snacks you would like for your group.  $55 per person (Additional amenities available upon request… such as our gourmet s’mores bar add-on or large party tent for additional protection)

3.  Dough Bowl Centerpiece Design; 10 person minimum, includes hand crafted wooden dough bowls, pumpkins and all of the natural elements needed to create a beautiful centerpiece (pine cones, magnolia leaves, dried flowers, grasses and more), 1 hour design instruction and 3 hours additional time for your private gathering around the fire, bonfire built for you with plenty of extra wood to keep the fire burning.  Feel free to bring your own beverages and snacks you would like for your group.  $65 per person (Additional amenities available upon request… such as our gourmet s’mores bar add-on)

4.   GOURMET S'MORES BAR;  Gather your girlfriends together for an evening at Sugarbud Fields around the campfire complete with a gourmet s’mores bar. 10 person minimum, includes everything you need for your s’mores bar selection, 3 hours private space to gather around the fire, bonfire built for you with plenty of extra wood to keep the fire burning. Feel free to bring your own beverages and any additional snacks you would like for your group. $25 per person (Additional amenities available upon request… such as our large party tent for additional space and protection)

SUNSET YOGA  

 

Join us for a unique experience to feed your soul. Gentle yoga among the flowers as the sun dips below the treeline and farm fresh flowers to brighten your day. 1 hour yoga instruction is led by Jocelyn Garrett, suitable for everyone, all levels welcome.

​

Register early, space is limited to 20 students.  Registration includes yoga instruction and a flower bouquet to take home after the class.

​

Our 2022 yoga schedule is not yet available. Sunset yoga at the farm is offered June through September. Please be on the lookout for us to release our sunset yoga options in the spring!

Note: Our growing space may be slightly damp due to irrigation so bring a large towel or blanket to lay down along with your yoga mat and water. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and to get settled prior to the start of the yoga session.  We are located at:

Mother Daughter High Tea

High Tea at Sugarbud Fields is sure to be a fairytale experience brought to life.  Please join us for an afternoon filled with flowers, treats and beautiful portraits with the girls you love.  This is an experience you won't want to miss.  

​

Registration includes high tea snacks and beverages as well as ONE professional portrait per mother/daughter group.  Additional photographs will be available for individual purchase through the photographer.

Bouquet Bar

Join us in the barn and learn to arrange our farm fresh flowers into a stunning floral display.  Class options available for beginner and intermediate designs.  Bring along your girlfriends and your own beverages for a fun evening of laughs and floral design.

Registration includes flowers and vase/vessel for arranging flowers.  Upgraded vases/vessels available for an additional fee. Light snacks will be provided, please feel free to BYOB!
